Refund Policy
If you experience issues with your game top-up or live app recharge, we are here to help. Refunds are processed
based on the following conditions:
Refunds are available for top-ups with proven delivery failure — where in-game currency or live-app credits were
not credited to your account and the issue was not caused by incorrect Player ID or account information provided
by you.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via
service@xptopup.com.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Crypto and certain local
payment refunds may take longer depending on the provider.
Top-ups successfully delivered to the correct account are non-refundable, as digital currency is consumed
immediately upon credit.
Return Policy
Game top-ups and live app recharges are digital products delivered instantly to your account — physical returns do
not apply. Exceptions are made only when:
The top-up failed to deliver and the in-game currency or live-app credits were never credited to any account.
The claim is made within 14 days of purchase with valid proof (order number, screenshots if applicable).
The failure was not caused by an incorrect Player ID, username, server region, or other user-provided error.
Digital Top-Up Policy
Important terms regarding game top-ups and live app recharges:
In-game currency (UC, diamonds, crystals, coins) and live-app credits are consumed immediately upon delivery and
cannot be revoked, withdrawn, or recovered once credited to your account.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that your Player ID, username, and server region are correct. XPTopup
is not responsible for top-ups delivered to accounts with incorrect information provided by you.
Once a top-up has been successfully credited, no refund will be issued except where the product is proven
defective or the delivery failed entirely.
Chargebacks without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension per our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund

Player ID, payment method, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24
hours on business days.
